As my degree is in the science field I have had to do a lot of extra physical sciences subjects even after school. During my first and second year at varsity I had three physical science modules and passed all with flying colors. In matric I absolutely loved physical sciences and my final mark was also very good.

I have completed my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and through this acquired the valuable skill of critical thinking and problem solving. I will therefore be able to help you solve any scientific problem.

I have been teaching this subject for 4 years. It is seen as a more difficult subject but sometimes you just need to hear it from another person who wants to make it easy for you! I want to help you see how easy it is! So you can ace it all!

Physical sciences was one of my favourite subjects in high school and I would love to make young students passionate about the subject too. I passed Physical sciences with distinction in both University and Matric.

I am very interested in the world of science and am very passionate about it and its teachings. I received an A+ for Physical Science in my matric year and continued to received a distinction in my first year of Computer Engineering.

I have honours in chemical pathology. This degree is rooted in biochemistry in which understanding of scientific principles is necessary. I am able to tutor chemistry and physics to students in grade 5 to grade 7. I have previous experience in tutoring this age group.

Physical science was a subject that was hard for a lot of my peers simply because you are taught the content in class but you are not taught easy ways to understand and apply concepts in exams. It took me half of high school to master an effective way of achieving good marks because I only figured out easy fun ways to study and pass well later on. I want to give other students these effective methods so that they don’t have to struggle to understand this subject because it can be tricky. I am a biomedical science student at the University of Witwatersrand and I have been tutoring grade 8 to grade 10 physical science so far for 3 years.

I received an A for the subject at the end of matric, have done it at university level and have helped my friends with it when they needed help in high school. There is also a lot of mathematics involved and, as I have said, I have a talent for mathematics.

I got 95% in my matric final, scoring in the top 1% in the country. I enjoy the subject, I love knowing how the world works. I have a good understanding of the course work and I believe that I can at least teach it, if not grow the same love for science in my student.

Science is a subject that unfortunately can come across as inaccessible or overwhelming. However, once concepts click into place, it is a fascinating and even fun subject! I received a distinction for Physical Sciences (both Physics and Chemistry) and studied a Bachelor of Science at Wits where I did Physics and Chemistry at a university level. I love Science and want to teach this subject and help someone else love it as much as I do and realise how much fun it can be. Let me help you :)
