I have taken Physics and Chemistry as a choice subject for 2 years now. I am passionate about these subjects as they interest me. I have plenty of pass papers and practice work for my students from my previous years. I work hard and am always rewarded with distinctions for these subjects.

I completed my degree in Physics and my honours degree in Geophysics from the University of Witwatersrand. I have a lot of experience with the subject as a whole and thoroughly enjoy it which makes teaching it much easier. Physics is a subject that is technical but with the right tutor, you start to like the subject. I can show you the in's and out's of Physics which makes it much easier to understand and grasp. This is one of the reasons I am successful with this subject.

I have obtained my BSc in Mechanical Engineering, won the WEIR Minerals Award for Best Design Report, and have been exposed to subjects such as Mechatronics, Thermodynamics, Fluids and Gas Dynamics, Statics and Dynamics, Software, Materials and Vibrations. I am familiar with FEA (Mechanical and Fluent), CAD, C++, Python, MatLab and MS Office

In my first and second year of university I began to love and acquire a passion for chemistry and physics individually as i found it easier to understand concepts. As such i would be well able to use practical models to explain problems to students and help them understand the concepts behind mathematics involved in physical science.
