Physical Science tutors in Gauteng

I am currently a high school teacher of physical science at Northcliff High School. I absolutely love teaching and helping students excel. I have an honours degree in chemistry from Stellenbosch University and I have a passion for teaching.

I beat I am great. Hence the great DLIWAYO. I excel in all tasks given and all my student are more likely to improve from their levels to betters levels. I work with the learner, understand the problem and tackle it together at the rate at which learner prefeyrs

My MSc studies are in physics. I've seen my tutored students passing with distinction. I offer great analytical cognitive skills for problem solving. I teach by examples and ideal practicals for students to understand and makes sense of the problems. My teaching approach includes unpacking the problem in details and Conceptualization, this way student's ability to think is improved.

I am currently tutoring Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science and Life Science with TeachMe2 and I tutored the same subjects with Honest Care in 2018. So I have quite a lot of experience. I got distinctions in for all my subjects (except Afrikaans) throughout high school and I did AP Mathematics from Gr.9 - Gr.11. It's all about practice with Math and Science so I do give a lot of homework but it's worth it in the end :)

I was one of the best learners in Physical Sciences. I even got selected for a Mathematics and Science Saturday scholarship at St. Stithians College. As a volunteer tutor, I also tutored Physical Sciences.

I have an understanding of the subject and I am able to teach it logically and comprehensively. I have prior experience when it comes to teaching the subject. I understand most of the challenges that learners face with it and I am able to work around them to deliver results.

I passed physics with a distinction in grade 12 and had both chemistry and physics up to first year level of university which will help me to explain the subject better as I have a deeper understanding of the subject.

I have experience tutoring Physics for the past three years. The results I achieved with my previous clients is a testament to my ability to teach this subject. Again(one shouldn't start a sentence with an adverb but I will), I believe having gone to an IEB school and done well in Physics both at school and in first year of BSc chemical engineering, puts me in a position where I can share this knowledge with fellow learners. I love teaching, I think that's a good enough reason on it's own.

I achieved a final NSC mark of 90% for science. I have been a lover of science since I attended school. At university I learned new skills with regards to my engineering courses in science. I would love to help younger pupils master science and evolve a passion for science as I have.

I don't only theoretically explain terms but i always do my level best to use methods such as demostrations and ensuring that the learner can relate to concept beyond just doing calculations. I instill great level of confidence in the learner which subsequently help him/her to improve their grades.
