I am a 23-year-old student at UNISA and am currently in my second year of Bed Foundation Phase. I coach mini hockey on Saturdays and love working with children. I dream is to become a teacher and help students begin their journey in education, to see a child finally understand a concept is the most heartwarming moment in teaching and is the reason I first wanted to become an educator.

I am a qualified isiZulu teacher with 6 years teaching experience, I have recently left Reddford House northcliff where I taught isiZulu from grade 8-12... I am now at Grantley College still teaching isiZulu grade 8-12. I have assisted all ethnic groups with leaning the language I've had white students, blacks and Indians which have done exceptionally well with my help.

My name is Emma van Heerden I am a Chiropractic student at UJ. Before finding my passion in Chiro, I studied Environmental Science at TUKS and completed my Honour in Sustainable Development at Stellenbosch University. I've worked in Renewable Energy and also spent a year abroad working as an Air Hostess for Qatar airways. I treat my Au Pair kids and tutor students as my equals and we always have a good laugh whilst being super productive. My main areas of interest include science, biology and Afrikaans.

Onesimo is currently a PhD student in Particle Physics (Data Analysis) and the current student representative for the "Women in Physics in the SA" Forum. Her enthusiasm for education goes beyond the classroom as she launched an outreach program aimed at educating girls and boys from disadvantaged communities. One of her recent accomplishments was invited to conduct her MSc work by CERN (European research organization which operates the world's largest particle physics laboratory). She has been teaching mathematics and physics since her second year at the university and has taught from primary to university level. She's recently begun teaching English as a foreign language online.
