Hi, I'm Candice I am a structural engineer with a passion for teaching. I have experience as a teacher and tutor for high school students ( as i taught at a Cambridge school for a year). I specialize in tutoring mathematics, but can also tutor physics and chemistry.

I am currently registered for my second honors in Applied Psychology for Professional Context. I have a Bcom Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I have tutored IOP2601 & those I have tutored passed this research module with distinction.

I'm a second year Bcom Law student, so i have done a lot of language and business related module's. I did my matric at St Charles College in PMB, which is a Cambridge curriculum. I am able to work in and around Pretoria. I have worked coaching jobs for 2 years now, so i have experience teaching children.

I'm an intelligent and articulate young man who currently works as a SAICA Trainee at one of the top four audit firms. I am articulate and love teaching others on subjects I am knowledgeable on. It really comes naturally to me. My teaching style is to teach in a manner that best suits the learning style of whoever I am teaching therefore feedback from the learner is an integral part of the process. I have interests in sports, gym, reading and subjects around my career. With a B.Sc. Geography degree from the University of Pretoria, experience in educating individuals of all ages/ enhancing their understanding of Science I would be able to assist in Science, Maths and Geography. I have worked at the Sci-Enza Science Centre, at the University of Pretoria through the South African Agency for Science and Technology's National Youth Services Program. I am a hard working individual who wants to use my passion for education together with my unique skill set to enrich the minds and lives of others.

I am a first year industrial engineering student at the University of Pretoria and I reside in Hatfield. I matriculated in 2017 with one distinction in my home language, Sepedi. I got level 6 for my other subjects except for English, I got level 5 in it, this goes to show that English is really not my strong subject. I can help tutor Life Science, Physical science and some geography, but I prefer life science and Physical Science, physics part, most because the two were my favorite subjects in high school. I'm get very passionate once I put my mind onto something, this means that if I really want to help someone I do my best to help that person succeed in what they want to succeed in, but one thing I will not do is do the work for a student because then I'll only be setting you for failure and you'll persive it as love when it isn't. I believe that I can only help a person who's willing to help themselves.
