My name is Zimasile Mxinwa based in Midrand, Johannesburg. I hold a BTech Degree: Banking & BCompt both from the university of south africa. I have always loved accounting as a subject during my high school days hence studying towards CTA wih Unisa. Except for studying, I am an avid soccer fan I love sundowns (locally) and Arsenal (abroad).

A young lady, passionate about education, child and youth development , with invaluable knowledge and experience of managing . A strategic, analytical and creative thinker, passionate about social development with great communication and skills of latest communication tools. I pride myself in possessing excellent management, organizational and analytical skills I am adaptable, resourceful and reliable. Committed to identifying and implementing continuous improvements in the Operations and in the lives of learners . The successful execution of my duties in compliance with the organizations policies and procedures is my main priority. I aim to work tirelessly to uplift, improve and contribute to the well-being of others I have more than 7 years’ professional experience within the International development and humanitarian environment, United Nations and non-profit organizations and have a true passion for development and humanitarian work. With qualifications in Public management, Communication Science, Community development, Basic Education on HIV/AIDS and experience, skills and knowledge that I have acquired.

I am loyal and honest. I focus a lot at improving myself in order to help others. I have a lot of patience especially when it comes to children. I strive for excellence and that is why I aim for the moon so if I fall short I am among the stars. I believe in being two steps ahead so that if something arises it can be dealt with ease. I am looking at completing my Education degree through Unisa and will be starting in second semester. Currently completely my Tefl level 5 qualification. I do a lot of work in children ministry and outreach. I teach ballroom and latin if time permits. I have a huge interest in history mainly the samurai history.

I did really well for English throughout my high school career. A love for English was instilled in me by my grade 7 teacher and it blossomed throughout my highschool life. I have a positive outlook on this subject.

I am young and committed to my growth professionally and personally. I am intelligent and ambitious. My values professionally respect,delivery,professionalism, collaboration allow me to use my skills effectively to complete every task well. Creativity,critical thinking, analysis, research, communication,stakeholder/relationship management and presentation are my strongest skills. The short period of work experience that I possess is not a weakness but a strength because I am enthusiastic and innovative ,bringing a fresh perspective,motivation to prove myself and openess to learning. I relate well with children and peers because I feed off the energy of moving growing and learning transition.

I am a positive, self-motivated person and I use all my energy to make a success of whatever I approach. I love the process of making something work and enjoy working with my learners. I am an adventurous, success driven and enthusiastic young lady. I love to be creative and spend my time to practicing various art projects as a hobby, I also have a great love for the arts. I like to exercise and strive to live a healthy, balanced life. I like the outdoor air and appreciate the beauty of nature.

I have a keen interest in Literature and the English language and I have always excelled in it. I'm an avid reader and received recognition for fastest reader at 500 wpm. I also have a poem published in the South African Book of Poetry and love writing up my own short stories.

Currently a student at the University of Pretoria Studying Biochemistry and Microbiology double major. Love animals. Great social skills and fluent in Afrikaans and English.
