With more than two years’ experience in working in a chemistry laboratory as a student assistant in assessing, assisting, preparing, invigilating and facilitating students during their practical sessions, I can help students understand the basic chemistry easier and in its simplest manner. I have attended conferences of which I was exposed to networking and exchanging commentary scientific reviews with international scientists, which broadened and sharpened some of my strengths and weaknesses. I specialised in chemistry up until my final year at undergraduate degree.

Chemistry, along with Physics, is one of the more difficult subjects in school. I have extensive experience of tutoring Chemistry, as well as access to past papers and notes that may help with learning. I matriculated with 97 percent in Physical Science (Physics and Chemistry) in 2016, as well as 90 percent in First Year Chemistry, giving me a good understanding of the course work.

My bachelor of science degree is a combined major of biochemistry, advanced cell biology, and physiology. I have a high level of understanding of science and I am currently a teaching assistant in Wits, which assists undergraduate students during practical sessions involving the teaching of theory, demonstration of techniques, and marking work including scientific assignments and essays. I am able to extend my teaching to high school students, primary school students, and university students.

I took chemistry modules for two years at university and am more than able to teach high school students and first year university students. I know how hard and frustrating it can be, but once you get a hang of it, it becomes kind of fun!

I have an honors degree in chemistry, I have all the basic knowledge and expertise in chemistry subjects these include organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and inorganic chemistry. I did ALEVELS Chemistry Biology and Geography, which are also subjects I can teach. I have two years of industrial experience working as a laboratory chemist focusing on chemical analysis of manufactured medicines. I am currently studying for a masters degree in chemistry majoring nanotechnology

As a postgraduate student in chemical engineering, I have a lot of experience with both theoretical and practical chemistry concepts. I also once struggled to grasp some aspects of chemistry - so I know how to help you study to improve your chemistry grades.

I enjoy the subject, it’s my utmost passion when it comes to learning. I have attained a BSc and an Honors degree in the subject. I have tutored both high school and undergraduate students. I have demonstrated lab experiments for first and third year students thus I can use explain the subject beyond the theory. I was also one of the top achievers of the subject in my first year

Chemistry is one of my all time favorite subjects! At varsity level I also have several biochemistry modules which I absolutely love. I find that chemistry can be simplified and explained in such a manner that everyone can understand it, no matter what their background knowledge is in this field of science.

I really enjoy chemistry (if I didn't, I think I'd really be hating my degree). I obtained a distinction for Physical Science in matric. Many of my current modules in university are linked to chemistry. However, focusing more specifically on my chemistry modules taken in 2020, I passed both modules, one being with a distinction and the other being close to a distinction. I have a good understanding of chemistry related concepts. I also understand Physical Science is not an easy subject to grasp a lot of the time and I will do my best to help you and show you lots of patience.
