My mother language is afrikaans and I like to help people realise what an amazing and beautiful language it is. I want to help students achieve their goals regarding Afrikaans. I also specialize in afrikaans and will want to assist students in achieving their goals.

Afrikaans is my moedertaal, en ek het die taal as vak nagenoeg 12 jaar lank op matriekvlak onderrig. Die hoofvak in my voorgraadse studie was Afrilaans-Nederlands, en ek doen op aanvraag steeds proeflees- en redigeringswerk, asmede vertaalwerk in Afrikaans.

I recieved constant Distinctions for this thoughout primary and highschool and I speak the language frequently. I have learnt it as a second language as well as having spoken it at home for many years, so I understand the difficulties of learning the language. I also enjoy teachng languages.

I know to some people Afrikaans might not be te most simple language but I can assure you that it can be. With my help you will be able to understand the principles that Afrikaans is made from and get the hang of it sooner than you think.

I have experience in teaching this subject in a way that helps learner's to break the information down to the basics that help them to understand and grasps concepts better. This is a subject that can be easy once understood.

As an Afrikaans native speaker, I am fluent in the language. Having received awards for the top student at high school for Afrikaans combined with my previous language teaching experience, I am confident I will be able to assist with any struggles and assistance my student would need!

My home language is Afrikaans. I enjoy teaching my home language as I feel it is a dying language and when someone comes to understand the complexity and the beauty of this language, it has made my day.

Ek is baie lief vir lees en skryf en ek het my onderwysers altyd beindruk met my oopstelle en transaktionele tekste. Ek is mal daaroor om met kinders te werk en ek glo dat elke kind 'n liefde vir taal kan aanleer. Elke kind is anders en moet anders benader word en my doel is om elke kind met waarde en uniekheid te behandel en die ondervinding vir hulle so lekker as moontlik te maak
