I have been exposed to complicated mathematical content while studying my Engineering degree at Stellenbosch University. I believe that I have a firm grasp of the basics and will be able to teach anybody comfortably from primary school all the way to university. I also achieved >90% on my NSC exam.

I have a good understanding of Mathematics. I can relate what I teach to real-life examples. I explain abstract concepts with concrete examples making it easier for students to understand. I am passionate about communicating deep understanding to the students I am tutoring.

Maths is my favourite subject and I love teaching and doing the subject, I got an A in matric and university for maths, I have a passion for seeing the student’s way of thinking and solving the problem and I will be happy to help anytime.

I have experience tutoring my fellow classmates in Mathematics. I achieved a high maths mark for the NSC exams. I have a passion to improve maths marks of all students because I believe maths can make a huge difference in the lives of many.

I have a love for all things mathematical and have been known to 'infect' others with the same passion for math. I understand that there is a misunderstanding about the subject and am fully confident that I will manage to get every student to not only fall in love with the subject but excel in it.

I'm studying Maths at UCT, so I've got a good understanding of the subject. I just completed my second year. I achieved 95% for Mathematics in matric and took AP Maths as a subject too. I have been tutoring Maths and Science for two years now.

I got a distinction for pure maths at the end of matric. I have completed 3 maths courses at uct and achieved a first class pass for 2 of the 3. I believe in solidifying fundamentals and understanding an overview of the topics needed for study before diving into the practical component of learning- method learning is key.

I possess CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK), Masters in Finance from UCT and currently a PhD in Finance student at UCT. I also possess a postgraduate course in Taxation. I am well able to tutor in many areas of Accounting such as audit, risk management, finance, mathematics etc

I enjoy working with numbers and was a tutor for Introduction to Actuarial Science, Financial Mathematics and Statistics during my undergrad at UCT. I'm keen assist in tutoring. However, I'm only available to help on weekends.

Firstly I love Mathematics. Further more, I believe I am the best tutor for this subject because I am a very patient teacher and Mathematics needs patience. When teaching a concept, I make sure that all the basics that build up to that particular concept have been covered and understood by a learner. I also allow learners to practice by giving them a mini test after the session to check if they have really understood the concepts we just covered.
