I am a native English speaker who is passionate about literature. I also have a 120 hour TESOL course qualification which equips me to teach the language. Beyond that, I achieved 85% for English in matric.

I have always enjoyed English at school and am a straight-A English student. English is my mother tongue and I have a neutral accent. What makes me different from other tutors is my unique way of teaching based on my first interaction with the student according to which future lessons are designed.

I possess a 120-hour TEFL certificate and am officially certified to teach English as a foreign language. I received an A for English in high school, for all three papers - literature, creative writing, and vocabulary. I also took English literature and vocabulary in my first year of university. I absolutely love English. I have over 5 years of English tutoring experience.

Holding a 120-hour Teaching English as a Foreign Language, I am equipped with the necessary qualification to formally teach this. I was further meant to currently be teaching English in China, however, the COVID-19 outbreak put a sudden halt to these plans. Because of this, I have furthered my knowledge and skills in teaching English, and strive to help those who need it.

I have a TEFL certificate and a Master's degree in General Linguistics. I am currently teaching English online, and am also an Applied English Language Studies and General Linguistics lecturer. I have been teaching for 5 years, and have experience not only with lecturing, but also with tutorial classes, private classes, and additional support classes. I am also currently doing my PhD in Linguistics.

I am the best tutor for this subject because of my experience. I have taught hundreds of different English classes with students from all over the world. Students were also advised to give each teacher a rating. Out of 10, my average rating was 9.65 and out of 5, my average rating was 4.91. Students always say I am patient, kind, understanding, and funny. I know how to create an environment in which the student can feel relaxed and a place where they don't feel afraid of giving the incorrect answer.

I am a fluent English speaker with a good command of the English language. I have gone through primary, secondary and tertiary academic education, all taught in the English language, and have produced excellent academic results.

Completed my Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) at UNISA in 2014. Completed my Honours in School Management through UNISA, as well as a Bachelors of Theology (B.Th) through SATS. Currently completing my Masters at UCT in Education Policy, Leadership & Change. I am concerned about socio-economic injustices and use my passion, i.e., being a patient teacher, to address these issues.

I am a qualified pre school teacher. I can read / write both English and Afrikaans fluently. Mother of two teenage boys I have been a medical secretary / PA for many years I am currently an accounts manager / PA to the owner of a small business. Teaching languages is Fun.... I aim to make it fun it helps the student learn the language easier.

I am a student at The University of Cape Town. I am an art enthusiast and a lover of languages but I also enjoy maths.
