I have struggled with a learning disorder (NVLD) but have managed not to let it affect me. I have overcome this and managed to get an average of 96% for University. I would like to study learning support further once I have completed my studies. I am a paitent and kind person who will give your child the love and support that they deserve. As a remedial teacher I have a unique interest in learners that learn differently. I enjoy working with the learner to find a learning style suited to their personality and learning profile. In my many years of experience, I have taught many learners who needed a different approach and who have become really successful business people. I work at the Nelson Mandela children’s hospital and deal with children who have problems. I want to train in this specific area and I want to help children who are in need of some extra help. I deal with very ill and children with disabilities every week and I have training in how to do so
