I am a fluent english speaker and achieved great results for the subject throughout high school. I enjoyed the english subject throughout my school career and continued to read throughout university to keep my english skills up to standard.

With my years of experience in Foundation Phase teaching, I have a developed a variety of ways to teach children with a range of learning requirements. In this way I am able to adjust my style of teaching to suit the individual child and their unique learning style. I am a passionate reader and enjoy helping students of various ages develop their love for reading too.

I am currently studying at Embury as a 2nd year student, specializing in foundation phase teaching. As a Teacher on must be an avid reader, and in return to instill the love for reading in children. Reading has a huge impact on a child's thinking and learning abilities. So while they are still young one must try to improve and restore the power of reading.

When I was nine my primary school awarded me with the "best grade 3 reader" achievement. Although it is quite an insignificant award to mention it did propel my love for reading and performing literature. I understand the difficulties some students and even adults experience with reading as I have worked with dyslexic, autistic and ADHD students who experienced great difficulty with reading. Reading is absolutely critical in life as it is the instrument necessary to gain knowledge. It is thus extremely important to spend time bettering and improving your reading abilities and which is why I want to help.

I am the best tutor for English reading because I have experience in assisting children in this subject. I am patient with and willing to assist the learners in order to develop their reading skills. I will ensure that each student gets the attention they need to improve in this subject. I will guide each student so that they can improve their reading skills.

I strongly believe that if you give people an opportunity to read you are granting them an opportunity to fully participate in society. Reading has become essential in developing people who will be competent to just on an academic level but also they can be competent citizens. If people can read well they can understand well then they can ask the right questions and develop themselves.

I am an English native speaker as I was raised in a household where we spoke strictly English. I have also been an A student in English my entire life. I started reading at the age of three. Even though I can communicate in other native languages too, English was the language I’ve spoken my entire life.

I have more than 7 years experience teaching English. I have taught students from many countries such as Japan, Philippines, China, United States and recently Russia and the rest of Europe. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education Specializing in Language.

Each child needs to be provided with the opportunity to read and learn comprehension at their own pace because we are all different and have different intellectual abilities. While this is difficult at school, additional reading lessons enhance the student's confidence and develops an interest in them to randomly pick out books or want to visit the library. Without them knowing, they learn a vast number of things and read effortlessly because it is enjoyable.
