I taught myself through grade 8-12 as my teachers never really explained it in a way I could understand. I achieved a 75% final mark and believe that if I had more time I would’ve finished with a distinction. I know so many ins and outs with this subject and have such a passion for it.

I am currently in the final year of my astrophysics degree. In every academic year since my first I've been in the top 10% of my faculty. I've also tutored students within my faculty for the university itself aswell as had my own experience of going through high school and undergrad recently so I have a good idea of how to teach students in away that they find engaging. I'm one of very few students in astronomy with a strong coding background so any student that chooses to work with me will also gain valuable knowledge on how to optimize thier work flows in physics using code. For high school and freshman BSc students this will be especially useful as you will be ahead of the curve in terms of your coding knowledge aswell as make your life a 100 times easier since you won't have to preform calculations an error analysis manually. It also prefer to build a students fundamental knowledge first as opposed to throwing problems and question papers at them, as this builds students that work smarter and are more versatile.

I am currently studying Engineering at Stellenbosch University and have adopted a deeper and more insightful understanding for basic concepts. I love physics, weird I know. I have had lots of experience with Physics. I got 82% in my NSC exams for it. I also did A-Levels in Mathematics and Mechanics (Physics and Math on steroids). I have also had lots of exposure to it thanks to my university studies, studying Mechanical Engineering. As my degree is in the science field I have had to do a lot of extra physical sciences subjects even after school. During my first and second year at varsity I had three physical science modules and passed all with flying colors. In matric I absolutely loved physical sciences and my final mark was also very good.

I have honours in chemical pathology. This degree is rooted in biochemistry in which understanding of scientific principles is necessary. I am able to tutor chemistry and physics to students in grade 5 to grade 7. I have previous experience in tutoring this age group.
