Tarryn B - Tutor in Farrarmere
I am first year applied psychology student at SACAP in Pretoria and even though I am a full time student I’d love to take up the opportunity to tutor and help those who need it like I did back in High School. I know tips and tricks and was always that one friend who’d help out in school when someone didn’t understand something. I am a tutor in training at a study centre close to where I live and with this experience I believe I am learning to make a difference in peoples lives.

Full time student part time tutor
I don't have a class for university everyday and so there I have free time to do part time tutoring. My classes vary from each term but when I am not working on my assignments for university I am freelance tutoring but through this new adventure with Turtlejar I can make my tutoring a little more solidified in my day-to-day routine.

BSc Psychology - SACAP
I am currently in first year studying applied psychology and i completed high school with 2 distinctions at Benoni High. Applied psychology is general psychology but more specifically applied to South Africa and the issues faced by South African people. I am striving to finish my Undergraduate degree in this course by the end of 2022 and from their I will study onward into my 4th, 5th and 6th year to obtain my Masters degree to open up my own practice.

Physical Science
I taught myself through grade 8-12 as my teachers never really explained it in a way I could understand. I achieved a 75% final mark and believe that if I had more time I would’ve finished with a distinction. I know so many ins and outs with this subject and have such a passion for it.

I have previously and so currently tutoring natural sciences and believe that if students further their studies this is the grounding for subjects such as physics and chemistry. I was never properly taught on the topics as I have previously mentioned I was self taught through my high school career
