Good day, my name is Sohan Singh. I am 22 years old and recently graduated from the University of Johannesburg where I studied a Bcom Finance degree and majored in Accounting, Finance, and Investment Management. Previously I have been tutoring privately. I tutored Grades R, 2 and Grade 8 and 9 Mathematics, English and Afrikaans . Together with that i tutored 1st year Accounting for Unisa students and was employed by the University of Johannesburg to tutor 2nd Year Accounting students. Recently I have been employed by a company called Robertsons Ventilation Industries as a Cost Accountant. However, I see myself becoming a lecturer once I attain my Charted Accountant Qualification so I do have a love for teaching.

I have 5 years experience in lecturing and tutoring at the University of Cape Town in subjects including Political Science, Psychology and Research Methods. I have also conducted various guest lectures in Ear;y Childhood Education, Curriculum Design and Institutional Change and transformation. I am in possession of a Bachelor of Social Science specialising in International Relations and Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Studies and a BEd Honours. Over the last few years I have been responsible for individual and group tuition of both mainstream students and students at various ends of the Autism spectrum.

I am a Bachelor of Science (human physiology) Graduate. So... I’m sort of smart(ish). Well the mediocre attempt at a joke aside. I’m chatty and I’m good at explaining in general. I actually am passionate about learning and being able to share knowledge. Knowledge is power exciting to think we can learn ourself powerful.

I am a second year student, studying Foundation Phase education. I absolutely have a passion for working with children. I am currently working as an Au Pair. I have been working for the same family since January 2019. I also have +- 1,5y experience working with Down Syndromes/ special needs children. I can give tutoring for Afrikaans, English, Mathematics and LO for Grades R-8.

Hi there. I am a stay at home mom to twin boys who are now 23months old. I studied BEd Foundation phase at Stellenbosch university for 4 years and obtained my degree with cum Laude. I have 7years of teaching experience in foundation phase. (Grades R-3) I have an absolute passion for teaching but I would love to try tutoring so that I can help those kiddies needing extra one on one support or wanting some extra guidance in a specific subject .

Hi everyone, I`m a native speaker of German and studied to be a secondary education teacher. I have been living in sunny Cape Town for 3 years now. I grew up in Germany and did my Master`s in Secondary Education teaching English and Spanish at Goethe University in Frankfurt. Parallel to my studies, I worked as a substitute teacher for German and foreign languages at primary and secondary schools. After graduating, I taught different levels of German as a Foreign Language to kids between 6 and 17. Currently, I'm working with different international departments, using professional German and English on a daily basis. Furthermore, I will take an advanced training course for DAF (GFL) with the Goethe Institute in order to improve teaching my native language and to have a certified degree in teaching German. Having experienced the language learning process from different perspectives, I`m well aware that there is no approach that works for everyone. Therefore my lessons are tailored to your personal needs and tempo. Apart from being a language enthusiast, I have traveled to almost 40 countries and lived on 3 continents. I am currently in my second year of studying BSc Actuarial and Financial Mathematics at the University of Pretoria. Over the past few years, I have developed a broad understanding of mathematics, financial mathematics, statistics, and analysis, which I would love to share and use to help potential clients. I am willing to tutor in any relevant university modules that I have experience in. I am also open for tutoring high school subjects, especially Afrikaans, English, mathematics, accounting, economics, business studies, and computer science. I take pride in the progress that I make with students and will therefore always be direct about my skills, qualifications, and experience of a particular subject.
