I am a Chemical Engineering Graduate from the University of Kwa-zulu Natal.

I am passionate about my long distance running and have achieved provincial colors. I run for CGA so I attend many races on the weekends, but I have long university holidays and would love to do some extra work tutoring. I have two younger sisters that I am used to looking after and help with homework. I don't give up easily and when I set my mind on something I always try my best to achieve it and remain positive. I am reliable and I am always on time. If I am given a task I make sure it is done.

I am a very outgoing, dedicated student with a good work ethic. I take pride in my academics and studies and am a very good communicator. I love working with people and specifically working with children, as I work very well with younger people. I have a passion for music, especially singing and try and sing as much as I can in my free time. I love being around and interacting with people and helping and working with children is something that I love to do. I am currently an Accounting, Statistics and Mathematics Lecturer. I am passionate about what I do and I love numbers. I have an honors degree in marketing and I am currently studying towards a degree in Accountancy.

I believe I am a good tutor for this subject because I am passionate about Mathematics, I have prior tutoring experience with this subject and I completed 2 university Mathematics courses. My tutoring method for any subject is to locate the student’s issue that they are struggling with, asses it and then tackle it with additional practice until the student is confident on their own capabilities. Every person learns differently so I have determined a number of teaching methods that best suit the individual student.
