For the past few years I have successfully helped children gain confidence in their maths skills through practice and taking the step-by-step approach. Maths can be a challenge for some young learners as they are being introduced to an abstract concept. I don't mind explaining or practising something over and over again in different ways until a student finally understands.

Graduated my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 2014 Currently working as a software developer and tester I love teaching Mathematics. I teach myself new technologies to stay ahead of demand. This gives me the edge to always be relevant

I have received formal training on tutoring from Wits university, I have tutored first and second years in Computer Science (Java and Python programming), first years in Chemistry (Practical labs) and High School learners in Maths. I have a drive to make a difference, following from the assistance I have received in my own academic life. I Matriculated top of my class (2010), and graduated top of my class (2014). I have a strong academic background and I know that it is because of the help I received from my tutors.

I have a passion for teaching and watching students finally understand their work. I love to help people and I am very patient so I will sit with a student for as long as it takes until they understand their work. I am currently in my second year of studies and I am studying Bcom Industrial Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch. I matriculated in 2014 at Fairmont High School.

I am a BCom graduate, currently studying a BSc (trying to save the world!). Tutoring has always held a special place for me. Seeing the changes and developments in my students has always proven to be a truly humbling and satisfying experience. I enjoy knowing that with each passing hour, the little person in question is gradually becoming better equipped to take on the world and understand its complications. On a personal note, I have been employed in both a corporate and SME environment, resulting in me being pedantically detail orientated, and have gained the ability to program ahead and subsequently run a process from end-to-end.

I have an M.Sc. in Chemistry; I majored in Chemistry and Computer Science for B.Sc.. I'm currently doing PGCE with UNISA specialising in Maths and Technology.

I am extremely passionate about helping people achieve to the best of their ability. I have a love for Mathematics and enjoy any opportunity to share this love with others.
