I have 10 years experience of teaching children Mathematics in Primary School. I have knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum for CAPS and UK. Since I have experience with teaching both Foundation and Intermediate Phase I know bout the fundamental foundation concepts and how to build onto these.

I am familiar with both the CAPS and IEB curriculum, as well as the increasingly popular Cambridge curriculum. I have experience in tutoring a range of levels of students, including those with learning challenges such as ADHD and Autism.

I have a complete understanding of this subject. I will be able to effectively break it down for my students. I usually studied mathematics in groups and therefore I have reasonable teaching experience when it comes to this subject.

I have both a BSc degree and a MSc degree in electronic engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2017 and 2019 respectively so I have a wealth of Maths knowledge. I achieved a distinction in Mathematics in my matric year. I was a mentor for HAWU and helped high school scholars who wanted to pursue a career in Science by tutoring Mathematics for Grade 10-12. I have acquired honours degree in mathematics. I worked in the Department of Applied Mathematics as a student assistant for the first and second year courses.
