History is by far one of my all time favourite subjects! I've loved it since I was in grade 7 and ended up majoring in it at university! I think the most important way to get someone to love history is to make it fun, which is exactly what my teachers did at school and what I would hope to do for the students that I tutor. I like to remind people that while history may seem daunting, it's really just about learning a story.

I received an average of 92% in my matric year for history. I loved the subject and this subject can be made fun and easy to learn! I also did history at a university level in my first year of studies.

I am a very passionate history student, having received high school prizes for the subject and receiving an 85% matric final mark for History. I throughly engage in the subject of history in my free time and at university, having received a university average of 80% for my history classes.

I have received a minimum of an A in History throughout my high school years. I appreciate the subject for its ability to develop one's mind towards being able to process large quantities of data. This skill has proven extremely beneficial in my interaction with varsity reading material.

History was one of my favourite subjects in school and in university. I am a big researcher and documentary person. What makes me best at teaching this subject is my ability to be creative. I have a way of creating stories (sometimes with movement) to help a student retain the information better. By making the content more interesting the workload becomes less draining and more fun.

I really enjoyed this subject. I received 82% for this subject in my Matric year. This too is a tricky subject but once you understand History you too can obtain a Distinction. I love history and I will love teaching it
