The more you learn about a language, the better you will be able to use it. For 30+ years, I have been an educator, specialising in English and Dramatic Arts. I also work as a freelance writer and copy editor. All of this means that I will be able to help you to learn how to use English effectively in all contexts.

I have tutored a grade 10 in 2020. We focused on unprepared reading, discussion, language and poetry. I am currently tutoring a grade 11. I helped a grade 8 transfer from an Afrikaans CAPS syllabus school to an English speaking IEB school midway through 2020, this included tutoring him English.

I am a published author (although I am reviewing/rewriting the series) as well as a 3rd year Writing student. In the past, I have received various awards for my English capabilities as well as previously being an English teacher in China.

As English is our primary language there are so many new things to learn! I incorporate a solid learning foundation into my lessons by allowing reading, writing and language to become an active learning Method by playing games, having spot tests and creativity

Passionate about languages and how language can broaden your horizons! Language is far more than just spoken language, it can open up a whole new universe for learners! Language does not have to be hard to master!

I did a few courses which enables me to teach English (Level 5 TEFL Course) as well as courses which helps me to teach other subjects in English. I am a very patient teacher and I love to see learners grow and improve. I love English and I'd like to inspire my students to achieve their potential.

I excelled at English in Highschool. I also completed the IEB Advanced English course and am currently studying first-year English at Wits. All of these have equipped me with the tools to manipulate and critically analyse English in both the literary and language aspects. I feel I would be the ideal tutor to pass these skills on.

I have English on Third Year level at University and specialised in Shakespearean Literature and Creative Writing. I have also been teaching English for the past 5 years including grade 12’s and have also marked Grade 12 final examinations for the last 3 year

English is a language that is beautiful and full of potential. I was raised by an English Professor and I have inherited his love and enthusiasm for the subject. Whether you need help with understanding the sometimes complicated poems or setworks, whether it's the language paper and comprehension that has you stumped, or whether it's the dang creative writing and essay aspect you're struggling with, I'm your guy! I received 88% in English in matric and have been tutoring the subject for 7+ years.
