At school I did Physical Science and Biology and Geography at AS levels - this as I went to a school here in PMB that does Cambridge. My pass in each of those subjects is recognized internationally. Hi everyone! My name is Kathryne and I am 22 years old. I am a qualified foundation phase teacher and studied through Stellenbosch University which was the most incredible place to study. I have worked at Hillcrest Pre-Primary as well as Winston Park Primary. at both of these schools, I worked under the most incredible mentor teachers and had the privilege of learning many valuable skills and things from them. I have a love for little kids and enjoy watching them grow in their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. I have 2 younger sisters that I have helped in any way I could through their schooling careers so I have all the patience in the world. I am currently doing a course on remedial teaching as I believe that there is a huge demand for this in the teaching profession in our country and I am really loving it and finding it so interesting. I have a good understanding of the fact the not everyone learns in the same way so I do try my best to ensure that I adapt my teaching to suit the individual needs to each child I work with.
