I am a lover of physics. Though I studied engineering, I did self study in theoretical physics and cosmology. I also did self study in anatomy and physiology. I studied chemical engineering at Wits university and that taught me a lot of science and maths and it also sparked my love for physics and maths. I also took up other courses like psychology and philosophy to widen my knowledge spectrum.

I love Mathematics. I love solving equations and doing calculations. It keeps your mind and body alive. It helps us think analytically and have better reasoning skills. It is a challenging subject but it's really fun when you start understanding it.

I am currently tutoring Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science and Life Science with TeachMe2 and I tutored the same subjects with Honest Care in 2018. So I have quite a lot of experience. I got distinctions in for all my subjects (except Afrikaans) throughout high school and I did AP Mathematics from Gr.9 - Gr.11. It's all about practice with Math and Science so I do give a lot of homework but it's worth it in the end :)

I am very good with numbers and I know from past experiences that this is a subject that most learners struggle with and I believe with practice and care, it can be conquered. Also I have advanced insight to the subject as I have done it throughout tertiary level meaning I have experience in dealing with pressures of math exams and I will sure pass that on to my learner. I believe also that the learner will benefit a lot more than the knowledge of Mathematics from me, as I believe that Mathematics students are curious people and hence I believe I can satisfy their curiosity with correct answers

I excelled well in pure mathematics in high school. I got a distinction in pure maths too. I have helped most learners in the very same high school who actually performed better after my help. Also I continued with pure Mathematics at varsity level. Currently doing my final year now. So I have had more exposure to Mathematics and hence I find highschool Mathematics very easy to do and easy to explain.

I am an experienced, warm and friendly tutor who teach students with understanding, skill and patience. Teaching Mathematics is one of my strongest aptitudes. My results with previous students: 10-20% improvement within one term to one year and some students improved with up to 40%.

I studied maths in university till 3rd year, and I have 6 years tutoring the subject. I was the top maths student in my school throughout high school. Everyday I use my maths skills in Data Science to solve very interesting problems in business on a daily bases.

I matriculated with a distinction and went on to pass all my mathematics subjects in university with As. I have passion for this subject and wish to show students how simple and fun it can be if they approach it with the right attitude and know how to effectively study for it.

I was a mathematics tutor for the western cape matrics in 2017. I have a good math average from high school and I am able to do university level mathematics quite comfortably. I think I have the patience and knowledge to help student with math.

Mathematics has always been my favourite subject and my strongest subject. My mathematics marks from school and university can demonstrate this. I also find it easy to explain methods/ find simple, effective ways of uniquely helping individuals based on what works best for them. I am well suited for this since I useuse Maths as a crucial tool in daily calculations as a student studying Mechanical engineering, thus understand the importance and application techniques of Mathematics in the real world.
