I am patient, I have a wide variety of resources for additional support. I am currently in the curriculum. I like to make things exciting and fun when learning so learning doesn't feel like a drag. Each lesson is tailor made to suit you and your individual needs.

I have previous experience tutoring mathematics at many different levels (grade 3 to matric) and completed calculus and statistics as part of my undergraduate degree. My teaching style for Maths is based on understanding the rules through worked exmples followed by practice, practice, practice!

I am highly knowledgeable in this subject .I have in the past year helped students who were getting 40% to get 65 % and gave them mathematical maturity and confidence . As far as my mathematics is concerned my academic recorder is in order.

During my four and a half years of experience, I taught Maths to students ranging from grades 8 to 12 and by final exams, each of my students significantly improved their marks with some even achieving distinction. Moreover, having studied a Bachelor of Commerce with Law, my subjects throughout my degree included Computational and Applied Maths, Business Statistics and Financial Maths.

I found a deep passion and love for Mathematics due to my Grade 5 teacher who changed my entire outlook on the subject. I was able to achieve 92% for Mathematics at the end of Matric and have had great success in tutoring students in this subject.

I am a third year student studying Bachelor of education at Witwatersrand, majoring in mathematics and science. My home language is Afrikaans and fluent in English as I study in English. With this I have 2 years of experience with great results.

Mathematics is my bread and butter. It is the basis of my Aeronautical engineering degree. I have tutored this course at all levels and professionally. All my students have achieved very high grade because I always demystify maths and tailor my lesson to ensure the student fully understands and can attempt questions on his/her own and pass.

I have a strong understanding of Mathematical concepts on different levels. I also boast the ability to explain any concept intuitively so that someone who has no background in the subject can also follow. The ability to approach a problem from multiple angles , creating metaphors in order to help the student understand why and how we approach a problem. Math requires patience and I have tons of it!
