I am a friendly and talkative person who is hardworking. I enjoy helping people, I work extremely well under pressure and I have a positive attitude to any task given to me but I am also able to present new ideas and strategic ways forward regarding time management and work efficiency. I have exceptional computer literacy and an extensive administrative background (as I worked for an overseas based company as an offshore administrator). I am enthusiastic, open minded to any problem, a social person who is easy to talk to. I have a BA degree with majors in English and Political Studies from the University of Witwatersrand.

I am a very dedicated young person, i always strive for excellence and I am a good team player with excellent communication skills. I am lifelong learner which creates the space for personal development. i believe a better world is possible but and it start with me.

I am Andries Ndlovu, all the way from Mpumalanga in the village of Mgobode which is under the Nkomazi Municipality. However, I currently reside in Johannesburg. I have successfully completed my BA Journalism qualification at the University of Johannesburg. I do a lot of reading, writing and socializing so as to grasp sufficient information in order to have an understanding of various disciplines and assist others. Teaching have always been my passion and this is proven by the fact that I am currently registered with the University of South Africa for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. With the sufficient understanding of the importance of education in contemporary society, I find it very fascinating and significant to assist others excel academically, especially the youth that defines the future of our country, South Africa.

History was a very interesting subject for me in high school. It came very natural to me. I believe I have an advantage when it comes to helping other high school students. The high school I went to really offered us a depth of understanding behind the South African history, US history and European history.

many learners battle with understanding the work they have been taught in class, i can help them take this knowledge and apply it when answering an exam or test. i want them to be able to do well in all subjects, not just in subjects they are good at.

History was one of my favorite subjects at school, and I performed fairly well in that subject. This subject requires a good understanding of what happened, the focus should not be on when it happened. I can share the tips I’ve learned that will provide a better understanding of the topics that are looked at in history.

I had Historical Studies as a compulsory module at the University of Johannesburg for a period of 3 years as part of my degree. I did fairly well and above average in it. I have great knowledge of South African, East Asian, and general European history. From the first and second world war, to the cold war, from the Asian dynasties to the histories of sexuality and more, I am very well educated and informed.

I achieved a distinction in Matric for History and am very well acquainted with the syllabus. Moreover, writing essays for history can prove to be a challenging task, however, I am extremely good with essay writing and the skills of essay writing.

This was my favourite subject in high school and something which I quickly learnt tricks for to help me remember dates, names and all the nitty-gritty information in between. Knowing history is something of importance if we want to understand the present (and the possible future). Having obtained a distinction for it in high school, I am eager to pass my skills on and ensure that you excel as well!
