I am an education editor for an internationally accredited higher education institution, and I have former experience in lecturing English and Philosophy to both first and second/foreign language students. I received training and have teaching experience in both Australia and South Africa. My current full-time job comprises improving the standard of learning material for our students from both a language and pedagogical perspective, and my passion in life is to positively contribute, in any way possible, to students' learning experience.

I have studied First Language English at a private all-girls school from grade 0 through to grade 12. I studied English Literature for 4 years throughout university as it was one of my major subjects for my Bachelor's degree. I am trained as an English as a foreign language teacher and have taught children in Thailand for over a year. I also have online teaching and tutoring experience with children as well as adults. I am currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education online.

I believe I’m the best tutor for this position because I’ve studied how to teach reading. I know how to correct mistakes and what will allow you to remember the word/s in the future when you see it somewhere else. I get involved in reading by having different voices, by acting out the scenes, by having puppets tell the story and I can adapt those skills to what you as my learner might want from me.

I am currently being trained to professionally teach at this level and and subject and I have many hours of previous experience in This subject at this specific level, I feel I have the correct knowledge to teach this subject

I have been teaching English as a foreign language for the past 3 years.I have been focusing on vocabulary as an aspect in my teachings. I have worked with all levels from beginner to advanced level students. I have experience working with children ages 3 - 21.

I believe a love of reading goes hand-in-hand with a love of writing and learning. Reading mindfully takes time and practise. With my experience in both academic and commercial writing, I believe I can help learners read more efficiently and grasp in-depth understanding of any text. Regardless of where a student currently is, in terms of ability, I believe I can help increase confidence with their reading and (hopefully) ignite a love for literature for years to come.

I am extremely passionate about English and all it has to offer and it helps that I am an avid reader and did AP English in my high school days. Literature is such a diverse and difficult section, but my enthusiasm for the language only makes it easier.

I am fluent in English as it is my home language. I am also an avid reader and very patient. I have previously helped a dyslexic child with reading and the improvement thereof. I am familiar with helping children and the basics of reading such as phonetic pronunciation

I am an excellent teacher in reading and writing especially young children and also older children in essays. I know different types of techniques of how to teach all sorts of students. I love education.

I am currently studying at Embury as a 2nd year student, specializing in foundation phase teaching. As a Teacher on must be an avid reader, and in return to instill the love for reading in children. Reading has a huge impact on a child's thinking and learning abilities. So while they are still young one must try to improve and restore the power of reading.
