I have a keen interest in the English language and have specialised knowledge on the subject. I have experience tutoring the subject to students at different levels. I am able to use the student's strengths to help them learn. I am also able to maximise the use of any learning tools that will assist the student in achieving their English learning goals.

I am well qualified for this position and I have the qualities and skills to interact with people of all ages and all race. I am confident and I enjoy sharing mu knowledge and skills with others. My dream is to invest in young people

English was one of my main subjects at University. English is the language of the future. A very few places in the world does not speak or understand English so that is the language that will be bringing people all around the world together.

I have extensive experience in tutoring the English subject as I have tutored multiple students. I obtained a 77% in English on matric certificate in 2014. I have a strong passion for the language and I strive to enhance my vocabulary on a daily basis as my current role requires that I write reports and present to experienced investment professionals. Therefore, not only did I pass English well in matric but I still use what I have learnt on a daily basis to communicate effectively.

I love the English language and I am able to explain concepts in ways that are easier to understand as well as I am able to notice and fix problem areas. The English language can be seen as a barrier in many situations however I feel that I am able to change that and allow growth whereby one is then able to grasp concepts as well as understandings of literature in the English language.

Having had a tutors myself help me get through the English language in Primary School is the main reason I’d be the best person to tutor this subject because I know from first-hand experience what a huge imapact it makes on having the correct tutor to help you master this language. English doesn’t have to be difficult if taught correctly and with patience. I aim to help your child reach new and better levels in their journey with the English Language.

I have 10 years experience teaching English as a First and Home Language. I have 6 years experience as the subject head of languages: moderating assessments and examination papers. I have completed various courses and training to keep up to date with changes in the system. I have been Head of Department of Educational Guidance for 2 years.

I have tutoring experience and am a quick learner myself. If I do not have the answer I will search for it until I have it. I have a love for the English language and can explain it in a way that anyone can understand.

I have a passion for the English language and have found and adapted various studying methods to ensure high marks. I enjoy reading, writing, and editing essays because I believe that practice makes perfect, however, I also strongly believe that the teacher must find a way to connect with the students on a more personal level in order to enjoy the subject. When a student enjoys the subject it makes it easier for them to, not only, concentrate but also put more effort into giving it their best shot. I will put in the effort with my students in order to make the learning experience more personal and fun so they can do their absolute best. I have also received a Bachelor's Pass along with a distinction for English throughout my high school career.

I have achieved distinctions and awards for best academic performance in English. I also achieved the highest mark for Afrikaans. I am passionate about languages and sub categories such as poetry and the analysis thereof. I love teaching and I am very pedantic when it comes to grammar. I also read a lot and I like narrating.
