English Language and Literature tutors in Cape Town

I am international accredited. I have graduated cum laude for both my undergraduate and post graduate degree. I have more than 5 years of experience in both secondary and tertiary sectors. I taught at the University of the western cape, Linguistics to first years students. I am currently teaching at a secondary school grade 10 and 11. I am concurrently teaching grade 12 at a night school in Manenberg, Cape Town. I also previously taught English as a foreign language to students from around the world such as Brazil, China and Japan. I absolutely love teaching English.

I was a proficient learner at school with a high vocabulary and a passion for writing. I strived in literature and understanding the deeper meanings to poems, books and short stories. I can help you turn that 50% into an 80% in no time.

I have had English Studies up until the end of my second year at University. While I was still in school, I also received the first grade award for English. I have a love for any reading material and I do belief that this does give me the insight to explore the themes, lessons or ideas that the reader wants to bring across in English Literature.
