I'm currently a third year student at UCT studying towards my degree in Marketing. I'm a friendly, easy going person and I'm always striving to do my best and go the extra mile to get things done.

I am a qualified Language Practitioner, and I have my own Freelance company. I also have also a Post Graduate Diploma (I studied in the U.K.) in Tourism and Hospitality Management. I have been working as a Language Practitioner since 2000 till currently. I am very good with children and I am passionate about education. I have years of experience (year and abroad) working with Primary School children as a tutor/Au Pair.

I am a 25 year old vibrant unmarried lady. I love working with kids. I tutored kids in my neighbourhood, helped with their homework and gathered information for them for assignments. It is one of biggest dreams to become a qualified teacher one day. I would love to make a difference in how children construct their future and there is no better way to do it than at school where everything starts. I want make sure no one makes a choice that will lead them to no where, and therefor they need our help as teachers to guide them.

I am a 27 year old male, who has completed a BTh degree and is currently completing a PGCE. **Recreational Activities:** Guitarist and Gaming **Interests:** * Acoustic and electric guitar * Developing personal skills in computer software and hardware * Reading up on current Christian and Biblical issues * Psychology * Social video and board gaming I am passionately involved in the education sector and am eager to create learning experiences where the individuality of each child flourishes.

I firmly believe that I am an extremely hard working teacher and a very loyal human being. I put in a lot of effort with regards to learners understanding the content, as that is the motivation for me. I am well organized and have taught at a few schools of different social circumstances. My teaching style, I could therefore adapt to meet the different needs of their learning styles. I respect all religions, cultures and I therefore feel I won’t have a problem tutoring any learner. I have also completed a Mathematical course from AMESA that focuses on the most difficult mathematical problems from grade 4-9. I have also completed my Bachelors in Education degree at Stellenbosch University.

Ever since I can remember I naturally ended up teaching individuals things that I understood well. Friends often asking me in high school to help them with subjects they were struggling with (Maths & Science). It was the same at University - I helped friends to understand Psychometric calculations in Industrial psychology as well as computers (confidence in using computers for the first time, as well as formulas in Microsoft Excel. When I first arrived in the Uk I took a datacapturing job however soon started helping everyone in computers as many of them were struggling with using the Microsoft office packages. It was of no surprise that I went on to do part time studies in the Microsoft office packages and completed the Master MOUSE qualification (Microsoft Office User specialist to advanced level). From there I progressed on to becoming a High school teacher in computers (in job training and qualified at Brunel University, London, Uk) I taught for 7 years in a high school in London. I relocated to South Africa and have been a stay-at home mom until the beginning of this year as my daughter is now attending pre-school. I had four years in which I imparted many skills to my daugher including creating a good foundation in Afrikaans and English. My daughter is four years old and she is fully bilingual. As my daughter is now attending school I really would like to get back into teaching and I am particularly interested in tutoring as I really enjoy one-on-one teaching.

Anja is a passionate teacher who strongly believes that every person deserves a fair chance to receive a quality education. She strives to tailor her lessons and tutoring sessions to play on the students' strengths. Anja works with the parents and the student and together come up with a solution on how to approach the learning of the student. She knows that the traditional school system does not work for every child. She likes to think outside of the box when it comes to education and is invested in all her students' wellbeing.

I also worked for three years in Taiwan - teaching English. I love to teach. It makes my life worthwhile.

I aim to serve the next generation of great minds through using e-learning enhanced teaching methods that will engage learners for maximum retention of studied material. My teaching approach adapts to the learners strengths to enhance their full academic potential I specialise in making learning fun through tailored teaching style.

I’m a caring, trustworthy and patient individual who constantly strives to better my understanding of people and the world. I went to school at Kingsmead College in Johannesburg. I have completed a Bachelor of Humanities majoring in psychology and sociology at Stellenbosch University.
