Ek is 'n Afrikaans moedertaal spreker en het 'n liefde vir die taal van my hart. Ek het tale studeer en Afrikaans en Nederlands was een van my hoof vakke tydens my ondergraadse studies. Ek sal jou graag wil help om jou Afrikaanse vaardighede te verbeter en jou doelwitte te bereik.

Afrikaans is my huistaal en het my studies tot op honeurs vlak in afrikaans voltooi, dus is ek baie sterk in afrikaans. Verder het ek n passie vir afrikaans en verstaan die taal se kompleksiteit ten volle. Afrikaans kan baie uitdagend wees en ek kan maniere vind om dit meer toepaslik te maak.

My home language is Afrikaans. My TEFL qualification means I have developed the appropriate skills to teach language to young pupils. Furthermore, I have experience teaching Afrikaans to young students

I am fully bilingual; with the accents to match! My mom is a native Afrikaans speaker and my dad a native English speaker, so I've been learning to master both languages from a very early age. My lessons are geared toward the consolidation of the concepts learned during the student's formal class time. Having worked in remedial settings, I can also help students to "catch-up" if that is what is required. I am very good at explaining and teaching. I am patient and know all the things learnt in Afrikaans in class at school. I grew up in an Afrikaans family and I received a high distinction in Afrikaans for matric.

I am fluent in Afrikaans as it is my first language and going to an english high school I also have experience with Afrikaans as a second language. I am familiar with Afrikaans reading, language, vocabulary as well as grammar.

Afrikaans is my home language and I have been teaching Afrikaans to students of various ages and levels for many years now. I teach Afrikaans both as a first and as a second language. I love my mother tongue and I relish the opportunity to share my passion for the language with y students.

I am patient and love teaching and helping students reach their goals. I grew up in a Afrikaans household. I have experience in tutoring Afrikaans to English students from both Primary and High School.

The last five years I have had significant success teaching children Afrikaans by doing a nice story, translating it into English, answering questions on the story in Afrikaans, even rewriting it in your own words, then doing grammar exercises based on the story. This works very well with second and third language speakers who have an attitude towards the subject. I always try and use stories related to topics the children may be interested in and then build the language and exercises from that.

I am very good at teaching Afrikaans as it was one of my favorite subjects throughout high school. I have also tutored my classmates and younger siblings in this subject and can speak Afrikaans fluently
