I am Carien Steyn, I am busy with my Master's dissertation in Industrial Psychology focusing on young adolescents. I have a passion to work with people and facilitation. I did my Bcom Industrial Psychology and labour relations at the North-West University and completed in 2016. I decided to do my Honours degree in Industrial psychology the next year and completed in 2017. I learned a lot during my studies as we were facilitators on a regular base and was the start of a dream to become a tutor. I worked at a consulting firm as a project manager and independent psychometrist, I enjoyed guiding people to reach a common goal which was beneficial for all. I love to learn new things and went for various training and seminars during this time moreover led to my Master's degree in Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University.
