I am in my third year at the University of Pretoria and I am studying languages. I am a creative and bubbly person with a kind heart and an abundance of patience. I chose to become a tutor after high school because I enjoyed helping people when they struggled. I saw how people in my class struggled with subjects that I was naturally gifted at and started helping them during class, it made me feel good to make a difference in somebody’s life. Being a sensitive person and growing up shy I know the importance of a teacher being kind rather than being harsh.

I am a third year Actuarial Science student at the University of Pretoria. I worked as a teaching assistant last year in a Computer Science Module at the University. I am Passionate about helping students with Mathematics.

I am a second year LLB student, in 2018 in completed my BSc in medical science, In my free time I spend alot of time keeping fit and healthy. I am ambitious, hard-working, and i really enjoy learning. I one day hope to obtain my MBA from a top international university. I know what it is to work hard, and to overcome difficulties, I struggled at school, but I managed to overcome great difficulties and work hard to get where I am, and I am proud of that. I have alot of experience tutoring, au-pairing and babysitting children of all ages. I am patient, and believe I am quite a good motivator.

I am a 22 year old student at the University of Pretoria. I am cureently in my forth year and final of studying Mechanical Engineering. I enjoy tutoring High School students in Mathematics or Physical Science.

I am a final year education student, I love sports, I have been doing my practical for my final year in two schools in Pretoria, South Africa. I have experience with kids from age 7 to age 13. I have taught social science, life orientation, English and some Afrikaans. I got my 120 hour TEFL Advanced certificate. I am very patient and I love to help students to achieve their goals, I am flexible and I will support the student. My teaching method is based on the type of learner I deal with, I will spend the first session to get to know the learner and to find out how they like to learn. I feel that it is important to have a good relationship with each other, especially for the student to trust me and feel comfortable with me. i want my students to enjoy their lessons and to set goals for themselves to achieve in my lesson.

I am a first year Computer Sciences student at Tuks. I'm passionate about the field as a whole & am genuinely curious and eager to learn more about it. I hope to use this passion to assist students who are struggling with the field and help them overcome whatever barriers they encounter. I'm patient, organized and goal-oriented. I plan to assist in the identification, planning and execution of academic goals to ensure that you as a student do not feel overwhelmed and can absorb the material to the best of your ability. I hope to use study methods that I've found effective to assist you in not only learning what needs to be learnt, but also understanding the necessary concepts to ensure that they can be applied when needed.

I am a first-year BA Law student at TUKS. I am an incredibly organised, hardworking and kind person who has 3 years of tutoring experience in high school subjects such as Biology (for which I achieved 88% in Matric), History (for which I achieved 90% in Matric), English (for which I achieved 84% in Matric) and Music. I tailor my tutoring techniques to the specific student to ensure that they are learning efficiently, comfortable and get the most out of each session. I have a passion for helping students to not only learn and excel in their subjects, but also to love the subjects they are taking.
