I hold more than two years’ experience working with students in assessing, assisting, preparing, invigilating and facilitating students during their facilitation sessions. This broadened and sharpened some of my strengths and weaknesses as I was challenged with different and interesting perspectives from each, individually. This means that I am often able to break down the concepts required into bite-sized, easily-manageable chunks - and this proves invaluable not only in acquiring the necessary content knowledge, but also in identifying and working through any gaps the learner might have.
