I have a biochemistry degree and have a passion for science and seeing students improve in their love for science. It is great to see students reaching their full potential in the greater science community.

I am currently tutoring Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science and Life Science with TeachMe2 and I tutored the same subjects with Honest Care in 2018. So I have quite a lot of experience. I got distinctions in for all my subjects (except Afrikaans) throughout high school and I did AP Mathematics from Gr.9 - Gr.11. It's all about practice with Math and Science so I do give a lot of homework but it's worth it in the end :)

I did Natural Science and GeographI Science throughout high school and continue to take it in University, including Environmental Science where I aced and enjoyed it. I am an aspiring environmental scientist and conservationist hence this passion and personal interest can be proven as an advantage to teach and assist a child effectively as well as for the child to get a deeper understanding of the environment -this will hopefully be reflected in their marks

I have successfully completed my BSc degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. It consists of a double major: Hydrology & Geography. Within these two majors, I was moulded into a hard-working and consistent individual who utilizes a multidisciplinary approach and open mind when faced with new challenges. I believe that having mastered Natural Science in my BSc degree puts me in a position - confident to educate others.

There are different ways to learn this subject and I believe that the learn it the best it cannot be done straight out of the textbook. This subject requires a practical aspect to it and can be achieved in multiple ways.

I am the best tutor for this position because I have the passion and knowledge for Natural Science. I have over 3 years teaching experience in Natural Science and I enjoy challenging my students to think like scientists, to explore and to question. Teaching Natural Science is my passion.

I am a qualified Life Science teacher for grade 10, 11 and 12. I received a distinction for biology in grade 12 and went on to study biology at University - BSc Human biology to be exact, with a double major in Physiology and Psychology. Thereafter, I decided to study education, because I loved the idea of being able to spark an interest in biology in others. Although my qualification is for teaching biology in the FET phase, teachers with a qualification such as this often teach natural sciences to lower grades. It is after all the foundation of biology studies.

I successfully completed this subject in school, when I matriculates in 2015. Thus, I am able to offer a compelling and a more comprehensive understanding of the topic, when offering help. I am also able to increase one’s understanding and adaptability to the subject.

I am the best tutor for this subject as I am able to grasp concepts within both physical sciences as well as the biology aspect of natural sciences due to having done a year studying a BSc in biological sciences at Wits. I am also qualified to teach this subject as I have an understanding of the concepts at a higher level than that which is required hence I am able to provide explanations.

I received a distinction for Life Science in Matric. I find Natural Science very interesting and try to ensure that I engage the individuals with the material to make lessons for interesting and relatable.
