Completed my Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) at UNISA in 2014. Completed my Honours in School Management through UNISA, as well as a Bachelors of Theology (B.Th) through SATS. Currently completing my Masters at UCT in Education Policy, Leadership & Change. I am concerned about socio-economic injustices and use my passion, i.e., being a patient teacher, to address these issues.

I am a goal-orientated, innovative and driven BA Law graduate from the University of Pretoria. I am currently working as an assistant teacher and studying part-time through UNISA. I have a deep passion for the subject of History and all of the lessons to be learned from the past. I have experience tutoring in History and was awarded the 'Gold' prize for History in my Matric year. I have an understanding of what is expected of learners and in that way believe that I give my students an advantage on top of the passion for History that I try to pass on to them.

Although I have a Completed BA degree majoring in English and Afrikaans, I am also a passionate musician, having completed both vocal and performance exams through Trinity College London. I am currently undergoing further vocal training to pursue my musical ambitions, but am also passionate about working with people, thus find tutoring the ideal way to combine my language skills with my desire to help people. I also have an interest in education and understand the importance of academic support to realise students' potential. Due to my creative nature, I apply my creative thinking to academics and problem solving too - if the usual approach fails, I enjoy seeking an alternative way to understanding, because while all people may not learn the same way, all people are capable of learning.
