As a postgraduate student in chemical engineering, I have a lot of experience with both theoretical and practical chemistry concepts. I also once struggled to grasp some aspects of chemistry - so I know how to help you study to improve your chemistry grades.

I enjoy the subject, it’s my utmost passion when it comes to learning. I have attained a BSc and an Honors degree in the subject. I have tutored both high school and undergraduate students. I have demonstrated lab experiments for first and third year students thus I can use explain the subject beyond the theory. I was also one of the top achievers of the subject in my first year

I have completed IGCSE and IBDP Chemistry at the International School of Hout Bay. I did well in both IGCSE Chemistry and IBDP Chemistry. I am able to teach Chemistry to your child and come up with fun ways to do so.

Chemistry is one of my all time favorite subjects! At varsity level I also have several biochemistry modules which I absolutely love. I find that chemistry can be simplified and explained in such a manner that everyone can understand it, no matter what their background knowledge is in this field of science.

I have been doing sciences since high school. I finished my O'Level studies with 8As and 3Bs then majored in sciences for my Advanced level high school as well. I then took up Chemical Engineering in Varsity and I have basically been majoring in physics, chemistry and maths. I am also good at report writing, editing, referencing and teaching reading skills.

I really enjoy chemistry (if I didn't, I think I'd really be hating my degree). I obtained a distinction for Physical Science in matric. Many of my current modules in university are linked to chemistry. However, focusing more specifically on my chemistry modules taken in 2020, I passed both modules, one being with a distinction and the other being close to a distinction. I have a good understanding of chemistry related concepts. I also understand Physical Science is not an easy subject to grasp a lot of the time and I will do my best to help you and show you lots of patience.

I achieved a level 7 in matric and studied this in-depth during my BSc degree. I am happy to help with specific topics/modules, help throughout the year and/or help with prepping for tests and exams. I am committed to helping my students build a solid foundation for each subject with the fundamental concepts so that new sections/topics are easier to learn and understand.

I completed 4 chemistry courses during my years at university, and received A-Grades for each. I have tutored chemistry for 2 years from high school through university levels. I enjoy sharing this knowledge. My teaching method involves creating a wholistic understanding of Chemistry and its application. My students have always loved our time together

Science is a subject that unfortunately can come across as inaccessible or overwhelming. However, once concepts click into place, it is a fascinating and even fun subject! I received a distinction for Physical Sciences (both Physics and Chemistry) and studied a Bachelor of Science at Wits where I did Physics and Chemistry at a university level.
