Hello! My name is Melissa and I have my Honour's degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town. I have also completed a 168 hour, level 5 certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am a very caring and friendly teacher with lots of patience. I create a fun, interactive and relaxed learning environment so that my pupils feel comfortable learning with me. My teaching style is flexible as I plan my lessons around each student's goals. I am a 23 year old fun and enthusiastic individual who is constantly excited to meet new people. I have a degree in Social sciences majoring in Sociology and Gender studies. However, I have a new found passion which is teaching and working with children. I was recently just in Colombia in South America teaching children from grades 6-11. It was an incredible experience but unfortunately it was cut short but now I am back in South Africa hoping I can make a difference here.
