I am passionate about Financial Management, Accounting and Business Management. I enjoy tutoring as you are able to have a meaningful impact on the ability of a student to grasp and successfully interpret concepts and ideas on which they can build a strong foundation to use these skills in passing their exams and in real life. For me it is important not to just teach a student what the answer is but to comprehend why they are trying to solve the question, this enables students to appreciate the practical application of skills and abilities being taught. I am able to break down complex concepts into an easy to understand foundation from where the student can build their knowledge and skills to solve intricate challenges with confidence.

I have an Honours Degree in Financial Management, CIMA Dip in Management Accounting, Adv CIMA Dip Management Accounting and have passed Advanced Financial Reporting for CIMA on the first sitting. I have tutored high school students in Accounting before and have had more than 6 years practical experience of accounting and group accounting including Manufacturing, Payroll, Tax, Consolidations, Distribution, Retail, Trusts, and International Accounting. I am able to explain concepts in a simple and easy to understand format and build from that to ensure students can apply concepts effectively in exams and commercial environment.
