I'm a third year medical student at the University of Pretoria. After achieving 2 distinctions (Maths and Maths Paper 3) in Matric, I went on to do BSc at Medunsa where I completed my first year cum laude. I was accepted into a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery MBChB) which I will complete in 2020. I am an experienced Maths tutor, having received 80% in Maths and 81% in Maths P3. I love using my ability to communicate Maths concepts to help other grasp the subject. Reading books and playing chess are just a few of my interests.

Hello, my name is Nicolette Nzama. I was born, bred and buttered in Durban, where I obtained my following degrees: BSc Biomedical Sciences and BMedSci (Hons) Medical Biochemistry. During my Honours year, I tutored the first year MBChB students in medical biochemistry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I also have professional experience as a medical scientist at a research laboratory I am currently studying towards my MSc in Pharmacology at the University of Pretoria. I have also spent a year mentoring and tutoring students that resided at one of University of Pretoria's residences. Apart from my apparent love of science and helping others understand science, I enjoy being involved in a lot of activities, ranging from poetry and drawing to playing sports i.e. soccer, netball, and hockey.
