English tutors in Pretoria

As a fluent English speaker and a person who is knowledgeable in the language's structure and usage I am able to tutor this subject very well. I am equipped to teach this language as I am completing my degree in early childhood development this year. This means that I am qualified to teach grades R-3 and I am equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to teach up to grade 7 level.

I have been reading English since I was Gr 2; I studied TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and sometimes, I even think in English, even though it is not my home language! The very best way to overcome language challenges, is reading.

I teach and majored in it up till a PhD level.

I love the language and obtained a distinction all through High School.

Language is the most important part of any individual's life. I have been taught in English since early chilhood at a private school. I am also a qualified teacher and English is one of the subjects i majored in. I would be delighted to share my knowledge with other young aspiring students.

Firstly I understand the language extremely well. I am passionate about English and love the language. English is my second language but still prefer it over my Home language, Afrikaans. I also had trouble with the language until my English teacher gave me a better understanding about the language from there on I performed at a level above average.

English requires a special approach which I believe I can teach students to understand and use. English is a multi-faceted subject which can be mastered if the basic skills and understanding are used, which I am able to teach.

I have an A in English at GCSE (Ordinary level ) Cambridge. I have also tutored foreign students who want to improve their grasp of the subject to improve their communication. I can help students with both written and spoken English.

I excelled in English in High School and further went on to study it as one of my modules in University. I believe this puts me in a great position to teach the subject at both high school and university levels.
