I have always loved Geography from a young age. I found the subject very interesting and I regard it as my favourite subject. I want to teach students about all the different geographical concepts, regarding South Africa, other countries around the world, different environments and make learning about the world a fun experience. Geography is a very interesting subject and I would like to help students understand the concepts.

I think I would be the best tutor for this subject as I have taken pure geography up to 3rd year in University. Geography is by far my favourite subject. I can make your perspective on geography become a lot more exciting.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and I was exposed to Physics up until varsity level. I have also tutored high and varsity learners, so I believe I can add value to student's academics. I am very passionate about science and logical thinking and I believe every student should be given the opportunity to excel in their academics. I also understand that there are students who are not scientifically gifted and might want to just pass the subject. During my tutoring sessions, I make sure that I test the learners as much as I can because they learn while being tested. I also believe in practical and real life problem solving skills.

I love Geography with a passion. I’ve always been an A plus student in Geography in Primary school and an A student in Geography in high school. I was too of my class in high school in Geography for the entirety of my high school career career. I was also an Honor Student in my matric year, receiving an African Bank-sponsored Certificate.

I was the top of my class in Geography in high school and received special awards for it. I was also chosen to participate in several projects headed by SASOL based on my geography results. This is my second year tutoring geography to matriculants and so I am well versed with the curriculum and what it requires.

Geography has forever been one of my favourites fields of interest, which persuaded me to further my studies of education within its field allowing for a rich understanding of the subject work and simplification for the learner. I take a personal interest in all my learner's work and integrate an effective method of learning adopted for each student needs. I have taught the work in all areas of the South African education system and thus understand the level of work that is needed to be portrayed for the best possible outcome

Geography was one of my best subjects throughout my schooling career. Everything about the subject came naturally to me. Geography was one of the subjects I got a distinction for and I’d love to help someone else who may not be as comfortable with the subject as I was.

I have been teaching geography for more than 3 years to primary school students and in the process I also learned a lot. I’ve learned to love the subject and make it fun for each student. I also do all the notes with question papers with memo’s. I also give guidelines to the students in order for them to remember their study material easier.

I specialised on the subject at Advanced Level and I excelled. Besides I have passion for the subject, it is my zeal to simply impart the knowledge to aspiring geographers out there. It is my wish and passion to help students who want to pass and major in this subject.

Geography is one of the subjects that I specialised in during my degree in Education. I have a big passion for this subject and extensive knowledge outside school level as it involves how life around us function and is put together.
