I have a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology (Wits). Psychology was my additional major. Therefore I have an excellent understanding of Biology (Human, Plant and Microbial), Chemistry (as Biochemistry was major component of my degree) but I also understand different personality types due to my Psychology background. Therefore my tutoring is usually centered around the type of individual I'm teaching. Regardless of the academic level of student, I always go back to basics when teaching any subject because I never know if the student might have a crack in their foundation that they aren't aware of. I tend to specialize in weaker students that are failing/are on the brink of failing that need help grasping the essence of the subject.   Unfortunately due to the fact that I work a full time job, I am only available on weekends to tutor.

I am currently a final year Bachelor of Pharmacy student at the University of the Witwatersrand. I love working with people, am extremely patient and a great communicator which I believe makes me an exceptional tutor. The subject areas that I am hugely passionate about and competent in are Life Sciences/Biology, Geography, English and Afrikaans (First Additional Language).

I am a 24 year old female who has recently completed my Bachelor of Accounting Science degree. I reside in Blue Valley Golf Estate. I have a passion towards bettering the life of the students i teach. I always strive towards excellence with the goal of having a positive impact on students.

i am a nature lover but I also have a passion for cars. I have a lot of patience and always see the good in people. I am currently studying town and regional planning at the University of Pretoria. i had history, english second language, afrikaans home langauge, geography, science, life orientation and maths in high school. I passed all of these subjects. My hobbies are hicking and rowing. I enjoy spending time outside with my friends. I am always looking for new adventures..

As a Foundation Phase Teaching student, I am trained in teaching Afrikaans for Grade R-3. My home language is Afrikaans and I also received a distinction for Afrikaans Home Language in Matric. I have practical experience in teaching Afrikaans, since I have completed teaching practicals at schools, over the past 3 years.

I have experienced in teaching basic Afrikaans to beginners learners who have no knowledge of Afrikaans rules and grammar. I enjoyed Afrikaans at school. I tutor in Primary School and High School junior phase Afrikaans.

As an Afrikaans major I have a lot of experience. It is my mother tongue and I love to teach people that need to study Afrikaans for school and recreational learning. I personally am able to do everything with this language

I grew up fully bilingual, did my schooling at an Afrikaans school and passed higher grade. I've helped students from primary school, all the way through to students with their Afrikaans. I've assisted with language and grammar, vocabulary and spelling as well as literature and poetry. Achieving great marks requires input from me as well as the student.

Afrikaans is my home language, the language I received my subjects in, in both primary and high school. It is currently also one of my university modules. I have over ten years of instruction in this language.

I have my Masters degree in Afrikaans Literature and Language and have also obtained my PCGE in Language education. I am able to explain the basics, and have the knack to make difficult concepts easier to understand. I am a teacher at a Public School so have taught most set works.
