General Maths & Science tutors in Centurion

General Mathematics and Sciences always intrigued me from a young age. I find all study units in the subjects interesting, as an aspiring teacher I am more than delighted to tutor these subjects to the intermediate and Senior phases.

I got distinctions in high school mathematics and science and distinctions for my mathematics modules in first year university. I thoroughly understand the work and am able to explain it well. I'm good at tutoring in one-on-one situations.

I have distinctions at the high school level in Mathematics, Physical Science and Biology. I also have been doing Engineering mathematics, physical and material sciences up until the third year level for my degree which specializes in mechanical engineering.

I am a studying to become a chemical engineer so I am extremely proficient in maths and science. Also, my mom is a high school and first year maths teacher so that has helped me develop my teaching abilities.

I matriculated with very high marks in these subjects. I obtained A' for both subjects. Good marks in both maths and sciences were a requirement for entrance into my medical degree progam. I have lots of experience doing maths and science because my degree is very centered around maths and science.

I have experience in teaching Mathematics, Emerging Numeracy and number concept as an additional language across diverse cultural and learning ability levels. Having practical knowledge and experience about number concept development as well as knowledge in Special Needs Education makes me the most amazing Early Numeracy teacher! Learning must be FUN!

I have been tutoring maths since I was top of my class in high school, so I have a lot of experience in the field. I continued to help people with maths during and after my studies at Wits. Thus I believe I am strong candidate to help with your mathematics needs.
