I have a great theoretical background with working experience as an HR Officer and labour relations consultant. I have all the relevant material to guide me and equip me to be a competent tutor. I have experience on policy compliance, relevant labour legislation, bargaining councils and employee inquires for example leave and contracts moreover, my Industrial psychology background equipped me to be able to handle employee relations and counselling which is a great combination.

I am a trained HR professional and have industry experience. I have more than 20 years practical experience in this field and have been lecturing this subject for 7 years at an Institute of higher education .

As a graduate and behavioural specialist in the area of Organisational Psychology, the nature of my field entails the study of human behaviour. From a psychological perspective, my interest lies in human decision making, risk assessment and consumer behaviour. Given this consideration, my knowledge allows me to understand and integrate business models within a business space. My top three skills include delivering presentations, conducting research (interpreting both quantitative & qualitative data) as well as the organisation and execution of projects.

More than 10 years industry experience in both local government and finance sector. I am registered as a Chartered HR Generalist with SABPP (South African Board for People Practice). I have an Honours degree in HR and Postgrad in Labour Law.

I have completed an HRM NDiploma, and further completed the HRM Degree through UNISA. I have been in an HR role and a union representative in the workplace. I have also helped many friends and colleagues with their assignments and studying of the exam.

I am a hardworking and goal oriented individual.

I have great love and passion in the subject and i have the willingness to pass my passion and desire of the subject to students. ( Those who know, do.Those who understand, teach. - Aristotle). I also did well in the subject and i have confidence in teaching it through the knowledge and understanding of the subject.
