I am a qualified pre school teacher. I can read / write both English and Afrikaans fluently. Mother of two teenage boys I have been a medical secretary / PA for many years I am currently an accounts manager / PA to the owner of a small business. Teaching languages is Fun.... I aim to make it fun it helps the student learn the language easier.

I have 12 years' experience developing educational material from Gr R through Gr 12 in English Home Language and FAL; Afrikaans Home Language and FAL; Entrepreneurship, Life Skills and Economics. I have developed teacher training and support material for all these subjects and more.

I am a very outgoing, dedicated student with a good work ethic. I take pride in my academics and studies and am a very good communicator. I love working with people and specifically working with children, as I work very well with younger people. I have a passion for music, especially singing and try and sing as much as I can in my free time. I love being around and interacting with people and helping and working with children is something that I love to do. I am currently studying Bcom Management Sciences at Stellenbosch University and am majoring in logistics.

I am currently a final year student at the University of the Western Cape pursuing my Honors in Complementary Health Science, specializing in Phytotherapy. My name is Joanna and I am a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist/ Therapist. I enjoy working with both children and young adults. I have a passion for helping others and have a very patient and empathetic nature. I have experience in working one on one with individuals since I matriculated. I worked as a teachers assistant in the Uk for one year, where I specifically worked with those children who needed one on one attention. From there , I went to university at the University of Cape Town and completed a BSC is Speech Language pathology. Whilst studying I tutored various students through the years and thoroughly enjoyed helping them succeed academically and developing relationships with them and their families.
