I have experience working with children ages 4 and upwards and I love assisting others in broadening their knowledge. I believe education is a vital part of succeeding in today's society and that no stage of education is ever wasted. I believe Primary School education sets a child up for success at high school level and further. I am willing to assist in any subject of primary school level and to assist in the understanding of the subjects.

I am a qualified teacher. I studied PGCE (Postgraduate Certification in Education) at the University of Stellenbosch in 2019 and I graduated cum laude. Although I am mainly qualified to teach grade 10, 11 and 12, I have experience with younger children and lived at home before studying education where I helped my little brother with his home work every day. He was grade 5 and 6 at the time. Helping him with his studies was one of the main reasons I decided to study education.

I have 11 years' experience in teaching both Foundation and Intermediate Phases. I know the importance of consolidate concepts and remedial work as well as how to build onto these areas. I love teaching and to be able to help a child to experience that "moment of understanding".
