I have a love for children and I am very patient and friendly. I am known by many to still be a child at heart with my warm and kinds ways. I love making learning fun and believe that this is the first step to achieving good results.

I have a lot of experience with younger children, and am able to supervise and assist with homework and after-school activities. As an Education student I am also familiar with the curriculum, and Educational psychology, assessment, and sociology.

I am a qualified teacher. I studied PGCE (Postgraduate Certification in Education) at the University of Stellenbosch in 2019 and I graduated cum laude. Although I am mainly qualified to teach grade 10, 11 and 12, I have experience with younger children and lived at home before studying education where I helped my little brother with his home work every day. He was grade 5 and 6 at the time. Helping him with his studies was one of the main reasons I decided to study education.

I am currently in my final year of my B.Ed degree and I am specializing in all subjects in relation to intermediate phase learners. In addition to this, I have obtained a TEFL certificate to teach English.

I can offer assistance with a wide range of primary school subjects, from mathematics to English to Afrikaans and history I am able to assist with it all and I am able to notice problematic areas as well as provide solutions.

I have a Bachelor or Arts in Government, Administration and Dwvelopment, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management obtain at Mfolozi College, and 120 hrs TEFL Certification obtained at the TEFLLife Institute based in Bloemfontain. I am currently working as an Officer in Performance Management System and Integrated Development Planning at the Local Government. My previous working experience involves Corporate Service duties comprises of human resources and administrative support. I have relevant teaching skills, interpersonal skills and goof communication skills. My Bachelor's Degree is at NQF level 7.

I have many years of general homework, tutoring and assisting with projects for individuals in Primary school. I ensure the homework is complete, extention work given and preparation for any projects, assignments or orals is done to the best of their ability.

I have 10 years experience teaching English as a First and Home Language. I have 6 years experience as the subject head of languages: moderating assessments and examination papers. I have completed various courses and training to keep up to date with changes in the system. I have been Head of Department of Educational Guidance for 2 years.

As a university student I will be able to help you when it comes down to doing primary school. I did well in primary school which is also why I think I will be able to help you with it as well and to also hopefully enjoy it.
