I am a positive, upbeat and hard working young lady who enjoyes the outdoors and being creative. I take studying very seriously as I believe that education is the key to success. I love helping people and seeing them move forward as I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to learn.

While completing my BCom (Law) and LLB degrees, I learnt a lot about myself and the fact that I was invited to join the Golden Key Society, as well as appearing on the Dean’s List of Merit and achieving the highest marks for Sports Law 420 and Cyber Law 420, greatly reinforced my belief that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I can also proudly say that I have been admitted as an attorney in January of last year after completing a year of articles and 6 months of evening classes for law school. It took a lot of dedication and long hours and it was indeed tiring; however, it has been worth it in the end. It had brought me closer to accomplishing my dream of being an attorney. I am also currently completing my master’s degree at the University of Pretoria, specialising in Consumer Protection, as I am passionate about the law and helping others. I therefore believe that I have the duty to impart my knowledge and skills to future generations of law students.

I have an internationally recognised TEFL qualification and four years of teaching experience. Along with my methodological teaching qualification, I also speak Afrikaans, French and some Dutch, and thus have first-hand experience with the process of learning a language.

I am currently a final year student studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of the Western Cape. I understand and get along well with highschool aged students and I also have a passion for education.

Currently a PhD student, I am in the final stages of completing my studies, while lecturing select courses at Wits University. Once finished, I hope to continue with a career in academia. I am originally from Johannesburg and have spent much of my time here, aside from a period of studies in London. I enjoy travel, literature, and the arts.

I am fluent in English and Spanish with a moderate understanding of French. I play basketball in my spare time and also read and write.

I am a goal-orientated, innovative and driven BA Law graduate from the University of Pretoria. I am currently working as an assistant teacher and studying part-time through UNISA. I have been a private tutor for several years with different educational levels. My previous work experience and good references are a testimony of how diligently I fulfill my responsibilities.
