English as a foreign Language tutors in KwaZulu-Natal

I have a health science degree, majoring in physiology and psychology. I am comfortable tutoring English, Biology, History and Geography subjects. I enjoy working with students committed to achieving or mastering their academic goals.

I have been teaching English as a second language for two years now with Talk915. This is my speciality. I have not only been teaching English as a foreign language but I've also been training new teachers as well. I use active learning, authentic learning and personalized learning simultaneously, I believe this method of teaching gets the best outcomes. I use a lot of TPR and visual learning in my class as well and positive reinforcement is a tool I love using to motivate my students.

I have a Bachelor or Arts in Government, Administration and Development, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management obtain at Mfolozi College, and 120 hrs TEFL Certification obtained at the TEFLLife Institute based in Bloemfontain. I am currently working as an Officer in Performance Management System and Integrated Development Planning at the Local Government. My previous working experience involves Corporate Service duties comprises of human resources and administrative support. I have relevant teaching skills, interpersonal skills and goof communication skills. My Bachelor's Degree is at NQF level 7.

I have participated in numerous competitions and quizzes as well as maintained a position as one of the highest achieving pupils for English consistently throughout high school. I really enjoy the subject and languages as a whole and I believe it is something that can be made entertaining and easy for anyone! Since I focus my needs on the learner, I am able to provide direct feedback to them regarding whatever they have any issues with, help practice directly (conversationally) and prepare them for any level of English they expect to encounter (tests, business, academic, etc).

I believe that I am the beat tutor for this subject because I truly have a passion for English. I am dedicated and I can connect with my students and find what works best for you. I am kind and approachable, you will always feel comfortable.

I am a native speaker. This means my English is fluent. I have been teaching English online for 3 years. I love teaching and educating people. English is a language that every person needs to know as this language is used all over the world.

I have a 120 hour online TEFL certificate from i-to-i Academy and experience dealing with students of varying English levels. I also have a BA in Psychology, with additional subjects in English Literature and Business English. I currently lecture English to college students, some of which speak English as a 2nd or 3rd language.
