English Language and Literature tutors in Johannesburg

I matriculated in 2016 from Parktown High School for Girls with distinctions in English (HL), Biology and History. I am currently taking a gap year. Although I have no formal teaching experience, I have a dynamic personality and excellent understanding of the abovementioned subjects as well as Afrikaans and Mathematics. English is my home language, however I am also fluent in Afrikaans. I am looking to tutor grades 4-11.

Passionate about teaching English and to make sure both grammar, spelling and pronunciation is as good as we can manage to achieve. English is the official language for business in South Africa and we all have a duty to use the language effectively. I have a degree in English and coupled with my teaching skills I can be helpful with your learnings.

I am interested in teaching English, Geography and History. I am also a qualified primary school teacher.

I have exceptional computer literacy and an extensive administrative background (as I worked for an overseas based company as an offshore administrator). I am enthusiastic, open minded to any problem, a social person who is easy to talk to. I have a BA degree with majors in English and Political Studies from the University of Witwatersrand.

I am a stay at home mom who has an absolute passion for helping others learn!! I love tutoring and helping others reach their potential. I am also creative and love doing arts and crafts. I am caring and friendly and love working with people.
