I am an enthusiastic, vibrant and well-rounded 24 year old lady and I have just completed my Masters in Environmental Science. My passion rests in the environment and its interactions with humans. I also have work experience in the environmental field. I love the outdoors, reading, sports and fitness, music and dancing. I am a kind-hearted natural leader who prides herself in helping others by encouraging them while the learn in fields that I have knowledge in. I enjoy seeing people excel and achieve their goals.

I am a 32 year old woman who is very passionate about education. I hold a BSc Honours in Environmental Management and aspiring to register for Masters in 2021. I have had some challenges with my studies in the past, but through consulting with my lecturers and attending private tutorial sessions i have conquered those challenges. Hence i know the importance of tutorial sessions and i am patient with those i tutor, i assist them with their work and ensure that they stay inspired and encouraged to excel in their studies. I can tutor Mathematics and Natural/Physical Science for secondary school pupils and Environmental Management modules for those in tertiary.

In addition, I have tutoring experience in English (Home language), Maths, Physical Science, Chemistry (at university level), Geography and Statistics. My passion for teaching comes from my own love for developing understanding and fostering communication, with outcome- oriented thinking forming the basis for my teaching ethos. I believe that through my teaching experiences, I can contribute to the goal of providing holistic education. I am an engaging, dynamic and professional individual, currently completing a Masters thesis at Wits University. I recently spent a year in South Korea teaching English to middle and high school learners, and I have previously tutored primary and high school learners, coached swimming part- time for four years, and acted as a teaching assistant in first- year BSc courses at Wits University, where I was responsible for identifying learning gaps, conducting experiments and assessing and providing constructive feedback to students. I have honed and developed my ability to communicate effectively with learners of all ages, mastered the classroom management and administration necessary to execute lessons smoothly, and developed my planning skills to cater for meeting the learning objectives of learners at multiple levels.

I currently tutor the subjects of Afrikaans, Geography and Life Science to various High School students from grade eight to Matric. These however are not the only subjects I can teach. I have a BA from Rhodes University with my majors being Environmental Science and Psychology so I can tutor these at a university level if needed.

Currently teaching at a Private high school in Alberton. Specialised subjects include Life Sciences grade 10-12 and Natural Science grade 8 - 9. I previously taught Afrikaans to High School students, therefore offer this as one of the subjects I tutor in. I have experience in teaching remedial students as well and dealing with students who suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem and learning problems
